I engaged the services to Siobhan during our period in the South Pacific and the service she provided us was excellent. It is one thing to follow the existing rules and regulations but it takes great understanding of what the underlying regulations are so that when it appears the answer is no it can in fact be yes. This is the guidance that Siobhan was able to provide which enabled the Yacht to cruise the South Pacific. Siobhan also provided detailed disease / treatment lists so that we could take the necessary precautions before the trips. She was always on hand no matter what time of day and also always responded to any questions quickly.Without a doubt I would employ the services of Siobhan again for assistance in passages in other parts of the world.
Dr. Brade provided valuable assistance to my employer in transporting her dog from New Zealand to French Polynesia. Dr. Brade liaised with New Zealand Biosecurity personnel on our behalf, prepared and reviewed documentation to ensure accuracy and thoroughness, was highly responsive in answering our many detailed questions, and was accommodating of our frequent schedule changes. She was even willing to fly to the remote location of my employer’s yacht to administer necessary treatments and tests. I would highly recommend Dr. Brade to anyone in need of assistance with pet travel, particularly to and from countries with stringent requirements.
We had the pleasure of using Siobhan’s services with the difficult task of us determining whether the owner’s labrador could be granted permit to enter and cruise New Zealand with the vessel. She went to great lengths to make the dog import happen, with many hours of investigation. Siobhan was also instrumental in researching future ports of call for the dog to enter and the intricacies for gaining a permit in each. I strongly recommend employing her efficient services for any traveling pet requirements.
We were lucky enough to find Dr. Brade when we needed to send the owner’s dog back to the United States. We had an extremely limited window of opportunity to get this done as the vessel was not allowed to dock in New Zealand with the family dog aboard. This was an understandably traumatic situation for the family and the amount of communication Siobhan was able to provide knew no bounds. She dealt with agents on 2 continents for the purposes of flight arrangements and insuring the dog’s health and his ability to travel such a long distance. Dr. Brade was able to coordinate our efforts with Biosecurity and a dog crating company to motor out to the vessel and safely and securely get the dog to the airport in a fashion that was brilliantly organized. The dog was treated with the best possible attention and care. We would not have the happy and healthy dog back in the US without her tireless efforts. I indubitably recommend Dr. Brade’s resourceful and expert skills.
